With the upcoming release of Fonoteek in 2025 and our ongoing pre-order campaign, many of you have asked if there will be a trade-in program for Fonoteek.

Yes, you can trade in your Mark I or Mark II for an additional discount on the Fonoteek! 

How Can I Join in?

Get Fonoteek by pre-ordering before October 31, 2024, to lock in a special discounted price. After that, the price will increase. We will begin shipping Fonoteek in January 2025, and units will be shipped on a first-come, first-served basis.

When you pre-order, we kindly ask for an upfront payment to reserve your spot in our production queue. Don’t worry, if you change your mind, we’ll return your initial payment no questions asked. 

If you pre-order, the trade-in discount will be applied to your second payment. For purchases made later, it will be deducted at checkout. If you’re part of the pre-order promotion, we will organize the machine swap when your Fonoteek is ready to ship.

Special Offers 

• Trading in a MARK II will grant a discount of 1500 EUR (EU customers) or 1650 USD (non-EU customers).
• Trading in a MARK I will grant a discount of 1200 EUR (EU customers) or 1300 USD (non-EU customers).

Shipping for both your trade-in and new Fonoteek is on us—we’ll take care of everything! For EU customers, the price includes 20% VAT, while customs taxes may apply in other regions.

What Happens to Your Old Machine?

We won’t be putting returned Degritters back into circulation. Instead, they’ll be carefully dismantled in our workshop as part of our effort to reduce waste. Refurbishing and reassigning warranties to older machines takes a lot of resources, so we’re choosing to focus on building new units and supporting the ones already in use.
